The Hoist ROC-IT Seated Dip (RS-2101) is a selectorized strength training machine designed to target the triceps, pectorals, and deltoids through a safe and effective dipping motion. Hoist Fitness’s ROC-IT Selectorized Line, it incorporates the patented rocking motion technology to enhance biomechanics, provide greater muscle engagement, and reduce joint stress.
Dynamic adjustment is the essence behind the ROC-IT® line from HOIST®.
