At 360 Fitness Superstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your purchase doesn't help you reach your goals, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Equipment
Securely pack the item in its original box, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to avoid restocking fees or damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our central distribution warehouse for inspection.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
