Immersive Technology:
- CITYROW APP - CityRow’s Instructor Led workout App allows you to select from thousands of classes both on and off the rower, including HIIT, endurance, cardio, yoga, and more. You’ll get cardio, strength, endurance, and mobility in every CityRow workout. Not year your rower? You can take CityRow classes on your phone or tablet through the CityRow App. All classes scale to fit all fitness levels. We keep the content fresh, so you never get bored.
- REAL-TIME PROGRESS TRACKING-Set intervals and view your metrics in real-time as you row to earn badges by beating personal records and reaching your goals. Multiple members of your household can use the Max Rower and keep stats separate by creating their own accounts.
- APPLE WATCH INTEGRATION- Integrate every workout with your Apple Watch to track your heart rate and progress over time.
